I have an approved short sale with AHMSI. They are wanting to foreclose on the house on Monday! We can close on Monday. I have been trying to get a hold of the negotiator all morning. I need this foreclosure postponed else we can not close on the house.It is a long story but AHMSI did not want to postpone the foreclosure and honor their closing date of Nov. 22.
