He is a license holder in both Florida and Georgia. This niche market for him developed so well that he began teaching short sales in 2006 for a national speaking company called TFRL. He traveled the country as the Realtor expert working with TFRL teaching at live seminars and small private mastermind groups. He currently is working more than 55 short sales and has worked as many as 94 at one time between Florida and Georgia. To date he negotiated away more than 15 million dollars in mortgages and helped train more than 400 students from the lower 48 states. He currently works for Virtual Properties Realty operating his own real estate team covering Cherokee, Cobb and Bulloch counties while maintaining his large volume short sale business in Florida.
