I have an approved short sale by Litton. The second which is Ascension Capital Group (Capital One) has had the file for 45+days and I cannot get the negotiator to answer any calls or emails. Capital One was discharged in a BK chapter 7, however they are on Title, and I cannot close escrow without removing the lien. Litton has offered them $3000. Can anyone offer any suggestions for resolving?
