- I have about three years of commercial experience. I've closed close to 12mil in commercial transactions. However, I have not done any commercial financing for about two years.

- I've been in the mortgage industry for approx 13 years, starting as a processor for New Century mortgage in 1998. I became licensed in 2002 and have focused on purchase money transactions since. I'm currently at CLS Financial in Los Alamitos. I market to and service realtors in the Los Alamitos, Long Beach, Huntington Beach, Buena Park, Garden Grove and Cypress areas. I'm currently looking to grow my data base of realtors to achieve my funding goals of 2010. I'm excited about the industry now as I work hard to stay updated on new Federal requirements so I stand out among other mortgage professionals. I pride myself in my service and knowledge of current loan product and make sure my clients get the financing they need to not only secure the purchase of their dream home, but keep them on the right track to achieve their financial goals in home ownership.
