My husband Rick Pierson is our company broker. We had been actively selling real estate for over 20 years, then changed within the industry in 1986. Rick into appraising and Ingrid into lending. Rick has been doing investment real estate again for the last 3 years. In 2013, I have joined him in growing the company (again). Since 1986 I worked for 5 years with a local title& escrow company, and have been a very successful lender for the last 27 years. With my lending background I believe that I am uniquely qualified to assist Sellers in their short sale negotiations. We are focused on specifics and I believe that your company may provide opportunities otherwise not available to a small company like ours. We heard about you from Harris University where I chose to get the updated information necessary and my short sale designation. We are good at marketing as well as follow up. Proper Pre-Approval Guidence Averts Disappointment

I am currently working with a buyer that did not have good guidance when starting the home buying process. The problem; the loan consultant completely overlook a foreclosure. (How that could happen, beats me!)  But, these poor customers went through the whole buying process paying for all inspections, including a VA appraisal.  Just to be declined in underwriting 1 week before the close date!  If their lender had had run the AUS, it would have caught the Foreclosure…
