Resubmission of new offer after 'soft decline' timelines
I recently had a short sale valuation come back after a previous short sale was approved for $55,000 in Sept. of 2011. It came in at $60,000 and my buyer withdrew. I then got an offer for the $60,000, the counter-offer made to buyer 1, and requested a soft decline. I got one and then was asked through Equator to load offer 2. I did so and got a rejection of some of the supporting documents ( reason: other), uploaded them again and am now waiting for the file to go back to my negotiator.What…See More

I know the product was lousy but the loan was for an investment property from the very beginning. That's what really surprised me."
