- I am a senior attorney and began practicing law in 1989. I focus on homeowner representation in all areas, including lender negotiations, foreclosure defense, predatory lending, investment and transactional matters. I have extensive experience representing consumer and corporate debtors in negotiating workouts and trial and appellate litigation experience, including a trial with over $100 Million at issue that went up on appeal and to the California Supreme Court with a successful result.
