I have a short sale and the investor from BOA have denied it twice already, even though I have given enough comps to understand the market value of the area.  I had asked the negotiator what comps are you using because I know the area very well and nothing comes up with that value to me?  The negotiator have send me the comp and it's unrealistic when I'm looking at the comps.  Not only they don't use the 10 miles radious or the last 60-90 days of sale but they use a remodeled exellent condition…See More
