I have a short sale and the investor from BOA have denied it twice already, even though I have given enough comps to understand the market value of the area. I had asked the negotiator what comps are you using because I know the area very well and nothing comes up with that value to me? The negotiator have send me the comp and it's unrealistic when I'm looking at the comps. I have a short sale and the investor from BOA have denied it twice already, even though I have given enough comps to understand the market value of the area.
