I have been following your negotiation station forum. I have found away to get around the equator/seller required login and financial docs, uploading problem.
Every time I set up a new equator file (now running 17) I call in first to get it opened up then when they ask for the homeowners email for their login, I give them an email that I created, i.e. 123streetaddress@shortsaledeals.us. This way I can monitor all communications to the supposed homeowner and load docs/information as neccessary.
This has saved alot of headeches. Most homeowners don't mind. If they really want access to the seller side of the system, I provide the homeowner with the link, login/password, so they can monitor the status themselves. But I always let them know that I will handle the loading of all docs/information required.
