Hello Everyone, Two Brothers (1 of whom is an agent) jointly own a townhome which they have rented out for several years. They've had tenant problems with late pay, no pay, trashing the place, etc. The local market has dropped about 60% in value from what they originally paid and owe. Loan balances approximate $220k on 2 loans with Chase, purchase price on contract is $115k and net on HUD1 is about $105.5k. Deficiency is about $114.5k.
