HAFA 45 Days Closing Guideline
I have a HAFA deal with Saxon and we were told that the Sellers no longer qualify because we did not close the deal in 45 days. I am aware of the 120 days to get the deal closed, however this is my 1st time hearing about the 45 days, contract to close. We were told this guideline is in the "Underwriting Guidelines of HAFA".
