- Hi! My name is Erica Cisneros, Real Estate Consultant and Short Sale Specialist with Ultima Real Estate. My goal is to help people understand that they have options to any problem....especially a possible foreclosure problem. The banks, government, and other agencies have enforced new laws to protect them and they might as well be taken advantage of! Strategic defaults are my specialty....had to learn quick when I faced foreclosure at one point myself. I understand the emotional aspects of a financial shift of this magnitude and understand the process and expectations of working with banks. So....how can I help you?
