I also experienced this situation. I was the buyers agent and we recieved an approval letter for a short sale sales price of 254K and 7K concessions for closing costs. The house was vacant for 2 years and needed many little repairs and also had a water lein of $500 which needed to be paid in order to do the home inspection and pool inspection. I chose you to join my network because I lived in Loomis and Roseville until 2005 when I made a giant leap, change of lifestyle sort of thing and moved to Ogden Utah. I love the Wasatch Mountains and Snowbasin. I miss California and will return May 7th for 9 days to visit my son and family. I will always be a California gal, but my business is here in No. Utah.
