- I am a CDPE (Certified Distressed Property Expert) as well as a certified SFR Realtor. I have also recently become HAFA certified. I have been doing short sales for three years and have had great success with them, 100% approval rate so far. I truly enjoy short sales more than any other aspect of real estate. My mission is to learn and understand my clients' needs, and the external factors affecting them, so that I can aggressively and professionally represent them throughout the short sale process. I clearly communicate my knowledge and experience, which enables my clients to make well-informed decisions for themselves. My goal is to provide effective and professional representation that is tailored to each client's individual needs.
