About Me/Profile of yourself: - Please add your Brokerage Company name also!
In 1999 I found myself needing of employment because the family business that I had been involved in as the Director of Sales was closing do to the death of my father and the changing of the times and needs of our product. I turned to a business that had been quite lucrative for other distant family members whom I admired. I loved people and I had always been great at customer service and negotiation of contracts so Real Estate seemed like a natural choice.
I received my license in 1999, and it was the right choice for me because I was a natural. My first year I received an award as a $2,000,000. producer. I loved and still do love my profession. Helping people find their new homes is a rewarding process. Helping others sell their homes and getting the most for their property by proper marketing and preparation is also something that brings great pleasure. I have continued to be a top producer each year with what ever company I was working for. I hung my license with Tarbell, Upland; Corona Realty and Keller Williams in Corona until 2005.
In 2006 I began to pursue ownership of a Keller William Franchise, it was a long journey, expending a lot of time, money and energy. It required a lot of research and education. I did open the Franchise in 2007 which as most of us know was the beginning of the market down tern. I sold my franchise in 2008 and opened a small office in Upland so that I could return to what I love, helping people in the process of selling Real Estate. Again I became a top producer which only solidified that being a Realtor is my passion.
In 2011 I decided that I could better help my clients with the resources that were available to me though a larger company so I moved to Keller Williams in Rancho which is where my license is held now.
In 2008 I also realized that the market we were in was in such distress and changing daily that I had to pursue and educate myself in the Short Sale Process and working with the banks. I received many designations in the short sale field so that I could better serve my clients who were in distress and help to give them the informational to help them make the proper decisions and be aware of the consequences of their decisions because it wasn’t going to just be now that it would effect them, but how it would effect them in the future. To also help them determine which might have the least amount of consequences and the fastest recover time for them.
I have always been educated based so through out my career I have strived to take multiple training classes and obtain designations that will help me to become more knowledgeable as a Realtor. I search for classes that bring value to me as a Realtor and provide me with necessary information on the market, trends that I can provide to my clients. I have nurtured and maintained relationships with other professionals so that connecting when writing an offer for my clients is more meaningful. I work hard on keeping professionalism as an important key to my business and its success. I have a team of agents that I work with when necessary so that I can provide the best of service for my clients. Because of the way that I do business the majority of my business is referral, however I love meeting new people and being given the opportunity to help them.
I approach my business as if I’m helping family (my clients do become part of my family) and I love my family so I always want the best for them. My slogan is the “Real” difference in Real Estate, because that is what I strive to be. As one of my friends so aptly puts it, information is free but Knowledge is Priceless. I have grown tram endlessly over these past 12 years and I have loved every step of the way.
