As a 34 year veteran, “woman”’ real estate professional and “business owner”, I have developed successful real estate agents and seasoned staff, including a successful sales track record serving many owner-occupant home owners, both single family and multiple family. I have the ability to perform, manage, with the commitment and the requirements to provide “proven” listing services for the “best interest”, to “best serve”.
I became a licensed real estate agent in 1978, broker associate in 1984. My vast experiences encompasses, recruiting, staffing, training, monitoring and management responsibilities. Years of selling, listing and problem solving in good markets and surviving several, national economic downturns, has provided me the techniques, “know how” and good fortune to assist buyers and sellers in purchasing a home with many challenges. No matter what the economic forecast I maintain a proactive approach in all endeavors being engaged in community workshops, and training. I attribute my success in part to “high ethical standards, fairness, equal opportunity, and involvement in community outreach”. I am involved and oversee each transaction, with the assistance of multiple mature, talented, diversified staff members.
I Developed the Relocation Department for former franchise, as the director, and then established a REO department. Serving the client and meeting timelines were essential requirements.Selling “HUD Properties” were among my responsibilities and teaching agents how to sell and write successful offers. I established a teaching program, approved by the KREC (KY Real Estate Commission) to teach the local Board members/agents, objectives for relocation, and serve the relocating client and relocating home buyer/owner/seller.
