Have Short Sale with Litton but Ocwen took over Litton and no loan number? Anybody had experience?
I have a Short Sale approved with BOA 1st and BOA second. The second was sold to Litton during the SS process and then Ocwen took over Litton in the last 45 days. Now Ocwen tells me can not find loan and the 1at is approved contingemt on getting second approved. Anyone had any experience with a Litton loan taken over by Ocwen?See More
