The sellers attorney needs to be on the third party authorization he can load them then if he is approved maybe his secretary is .......and yes you need to sign papers as the buyer ............

I am in the same state analysis, they counter offer my buyer countered back to them with page of Contract and new hud preliminary had to do that in 3 days done right away now i am in limbo again my buyer is getting antsy it is not his first dance with boa BOA nor mine however I have much success with Chase, Seterus and Wells this year I am a NJ Broker do my own Short Sales I found using attorneys on sellers side takes longer they are overwhelmed with all the paperwork and have too many files miss dates etc.......I am not sure but I think maybe the selleers attorney got crushed when the system changed to the fast track I understand many libraries were lost had to be replaced...........Good Luck to you......
