- My name is Christine Pollard and I am a licensed Realtor with Keller Williams Preferred Properties. I've sold real estate for 16 years, waivering between selling full time and part time for years,until 2006 when I went full time and it stayed that way. I am a single parent of 3 daughters and have lived in Waldorf, MD (Charles Cty) for the past 21 years. I love this area and know it very well. I believe that if you help enough people get what they want, you will eventually get what you want. I've always sold residential real estate and worked solely as a buyers agent on a team for 3+ years until April 2011.
