Hi Brooke,
I have always received help at AHMSI with Mike Riola. Mike is the VP over the short sale and HAFA programs at AHMSI. He can be hard to reach due to the level of responsibility he has, however when a file is as stuck as yours is, he can definately place the pressure to get it unstuck.
Once I have your email, I will send an email to Mike and cc you, explaaining your situation and asking him to help. I have done this for a couple other agents in the network and I am happy to assist you.
