A life-long entrepreneur, Bradley J. Chais began his successful sales career in 1984. Bradley focused on Real Estate in 1997 for the challenges, opportunities, and the quality of life for him and his clients. He continues to thrive in the industry with consistency, determination,and focus. Bradley is known for anticipating changes while staying ahead of them as he positions his team and clients for what is on the real estate horizon.

After securing funding and launching Team Chais in 2006, Bradley
has served as the lead-generator and acquisition specialist at Team Chais. Together with his wife Stacey and team, Bradley has been a key part of catapulting Team Chais to the top 2% in Real Estate in the Tampa Bay area. Bradley consistently uses his determination, personality,and industry experience to gain the opportunity to list, market, and sell homes throughout Tampa Bay. When it comes to representation, there is no property too small or too large for Bradley!
Known for his phone-to-follow-through approach with clients of all interests and home types, Bradley does not see a no as a rejection, rather he sees it as an opportunity to learn more, provide information, and win the client over to the full service Team Chais approach.
Bradley leads the Team Chais agents and staff, and serves as an inspiration to their success and goals inside the office and in their personal endeavors.
Bradley consistently identifies with his clients and their situations with compassion and solutions. He reflects on, and is inspired by the memory of specific clients who had three mortgages on their property, and were facing foreclosure and bankruptcy. In order for them to avoid a deficiency judgment and recourse, which other industry experts deemed inevitable, Bradley provided counseling, partnering, education to successfully short sale their home. These actions alleviated the crushing burden that his clients felt before partnering with Team Chais.
Bradley prides himself in the fact that people trust him to avoid foreclosure and keep them out of bankruptcy…and truly change their lives. Clients and situations like those are what keep Bradley intent on reaching as many potential clients in as short a time as possible.
With his energy, experience, and connections, he has the confidence to work with people who may feel as though they have no other options.
Bradley has seen both his goals and his clients’ goals come to reality faster than when he worked alone in Real Estate since he co-founded Team Chais. He attributes Team Chais’ ability to stay ahead of the curve in a shifting market, to the efforts of both Stacey and their team.
