Is it just my files, or has Chase changed the wording of their approval letters? I have a client that on his own got approval, but the approval said "Settled in Full." I now have another of his properties approved both 1st and 2nd with Chase, but both negotiators say they changed the wording to "Settled." Both negotiators say that is all they can do. Anyone else having this?See More
