Our short sales property just gone back to Fannie Mae

My husband and I had an offer, we wrote ourselves, on one of our short sale listings but Wells Fargo went ahead and foreclosed.  When we called, we were told that it has gone back to Fannie Mae.  Since our buyers are still interested, is there a way to find out who the agent is that will be doing the new listing before it hits our MLS?

"Thanks.  The foreclosure had been pushed out twice already for the other offers and I even wondered if there was some kind of guideline, there are so many, that the investors wouldn't allow more then two postponements."

I'm trying to respond to your question regarding your offer that was not submitted by the negotiator. I am having the same experience. I would definitely escalate the file to at least the negotiator's manager. After several emails requesting an appeal of the BPO because it was totally out of line with the comps in the neighborhood, I received a document from SpecialtyResolutionTeam@wellsfargo.com allowing me to dispute the BPO. I do not know the outcome yet as I just submitted the supporting documents yesterday.
