I saw a post of yours re: Trustee Sale Date postponement services. Let me know if I can help answer any questions you may have. Unfortunately, as in any industry there are good companies doing ethical work, and then there are some just trying to make a buck.I have a few affiliate short sale offices that use us all the time to buy more time on deals that go sour. Our realtor emailed us last nite and we also spoke to her on the phone she told us
Hi everyone! I’ve just received an update from the “negotiator” and they will be signing off on everything by June 4 and will notify me if they need anything else from us. I am quite please that she notified ME! (instead of the seller’s realtor) She said it takes the two weeks to review the whole package. So just hang in there…we’re getting closer!

our understanding this was with BOFA, I hope this all happens in the next couple of weeks, do negotiators normally call the buyers agent? As u can see she said that they will have everything signed off by the 4th

Thank You Angie, for your help, we just see the breakdown taxes, realtors commison ect and then at the bottom of the page shows the $3,00.00 to BOFA (pending their approval), could this all be may be have with them? We just dont know, or could this be that Wells wants to give them the amount of 3,000.00
Thank You again, u are really helpful, will be waiting for your reply! I dont go on the same page with the other discussions cuz i had someone come back really rude to me so thats why im leaving u comments on your page (hope u dont mind) im in az and we just moved here 6 months ago and a learning process with these short sales, came from Co Springs Co mkt is sure diffrent here we sold our home in Co Springs (reg sale) in 28 days after 38 showings!
So one more time with this breakdown the 3,000.00 i just wish i knew if this is the total of the loan with BOFA or if its just wells willing to give them the 3,000.00
again will be waiting to hear back from you

Wells fargo is the 1st loan to be paid, BOFA is the 2nd waiting for them to sign off on that. Not sure if you understood what i was asking. We put our offer in at $190,000, the pay off on the home is 171, something, shows that if im understanding correctly 3,000.00 to BOFA (pending their approval) so if i understand that wells will give them 3,000.00 and does this take them long to accept or to sign this? Again Wells accepted the short sale.
Thank You for replying! :)

I am the one that was asking questions as a buyer a couple of months ago, well we are getting ready to close (hopefully in the next week or 2) but we are waiting for the signature from the 2nd, Wells Fargo has already approved and our loan is ready to go to the table, i was wondering that it shows that BOFA (Bank of america) Wells is going to give them $3,000.00, will it take them long to sign this?
