First, some key terms under the new rule.

• A “provider” includes any person who provides, offers to, or arranges for others to negotiate, obtain or arrange a short sale of a dwelling.

Greetings. I'm a Realtor in Cleveland, OH. and received a call from a homeowner looking to do a short sale on a loan with Ocwen. I quickly learned that subject property is being rented out and that seller bought another property nearby where he is living. Does the short sale property have to be seller's principal/primary residence? Thanks much!

Did you find a referral agent for your person looking to buy on Coronado in San Diego? I work the SD market and would be happy to help you and your client. $150k purchase price might be a bit challenging on Coronado, however we can go for it and see what we find!
