"If it isn't a HAFA, it doesn't matter anyway.  In addition, 2nds can do what they want for the most part and don't have to participate in HAFA guidelines just because a 1st does unfortunately.  MANY times a 2nd will ask for…"

"Not any more. It was. However, since B of A realized that they are getting the complete payoff they pulled out and said it is no longer a short sale. To them it is a regular sale."

I have a listing agreement with a set commission. I have both sides of (Buyer & Seller) The 1st Lien Holder is going to receive all of their funding. The second lien holder is only going to receive a little more than half of what they are owed. The second lien holder just told me that I can not receive my full commission, that I must reduce my commission by 2%.
