BofA HAFA Short Sale

I have a short listing with BofA with ratified offer. I submitted all the requested ppwk to the HAFA negotiaor. After all the ppwk was turned in they came back and asked for the buyer to come up almost $25k in there price. They said the appraisal came in way above the buyers offer and that is the lowest they will go. I think the appraiser priced this about $15-20k over the current market value.
