Once you set up a profile, here a few things you can do:

• The first thing you want to do is probably go to your profile and change your email settings. If you don't and join a group, you will receive emails every time somebody posts in that group! Make sure that you keep admin. emails and person to person emails on and whatever other contacts you would like to receive on here. Trust me, this is VERY important and will drive you crazy if you don't!
• Be as detailed as possible when setting up your profile.  You will quickly find that your profile is at the top of search engine results, and the more information you provide on your profile, the higher it will show up on search results!
• Join a few groups and participate in the discussion forum, write a blog post, help in Q and A, and just share your short sale experience with others! Having trouble with a lender? Just ASK for help or a contact!! Get noticed to get referrals from other agents, join our preferred partner program to get referrals from us.  If your area is filled up, Official Membership serves as our short term waiting list.  Contribute content and use the site as the excellent resource that it is.
• Ask questions and ask for assistance.  You can literally search the entire website using the search bar in the top right corner.  If you are looking for lender specific forms, documents, short sale packages or information regarding a topic you have in mind, that is the place to search for it first.  Just type in what you are looking for in the SEARCH BAR on the top right!
• See our Facebook, Twitter, and LinkedIn buttons at the top and bottom of most pages on this website.  Make sure you tell your friends and family about joining our site!  You can also share your profile on your Facebook and Twitter pages as well.
• YOU CAN ALSO ADD OUR "SITE BADGE" SHOWN BELOW TO YOUR WEBSITE OR BLOG TO LET EVERYONE KNOW YOU ARE A MEMBER! CLICK HERE TO ADD THE SITE BADGE.
• DON'T FORGET TO ADD YOURSELF TO THE "MEMBER MAP".
  Just highlight the "Members" tab up top and click on the "Member Map" link when it appears. This will bring up a map that will display the location of many of your fellow members across the country. Click on the link at the top of the map that says "Add Yourself to the Map", enter your city, state and you are done!
• Make Friends with others on the site and feel free to refer buyers and sellers to other agents on the site. Keep you eyes out for the "preferred partner logo" of our members.
• Invite other agents you know to the website CLICK HERE. In order to be an attractive organization to lenders and servicers to directly refer homeowners to, we need complete coverage and as many agents around the country as possible.
