How to find a Wf short sale field manager
I am trying to find a WF short sale field manager for the Sacramento Region. I have a bizarre short sale. WF is having problems with it. The person died, and now it's in the hands of a successor trustee. WF is not recognizing the trustee. He is also active duty military on deployment. I know once that problem is solved they are going to want pay stubs, w'2 etc. But that person is dead. So not really sure how to handle.
We are having to get the trust attorney involed to write a letter explaining in stupid English what/why we don't need probate. And that the trustee is in charge.
I have googled short sale field manager but not gotten any hits.
Any suggestions?
