She got me hooked up after 2 boneheaded negotiators deep-sixed an account with false reasons.  WF is a bear - used to be great (a couple of years ago).  I'm not out of the woods yet, but I looked all over for any responsible people at WF to straighten out my file..:

Hey, I have an issue with 2 buyers being denied for no reason and they wont tell me anything other than we need a new/different buyer.   Have you ever come accross with this same issue?  The 1st is with Wells Fargo also, and both buyers were approved with flying colors.  If you have any good contacts at Wells Fargo Offf the record that will try to help me that would be great too.  Not looking to analyse and figure why it was denied, just what we need to do whether they need supported docs or what not so we can just close it because the 1st has a sale date next month.  The 1st has mentioned that they cannott intervien either or assist.

Thanks, Mike!  I gave someone a contact I had and found out that this person shared it with a bunch of other people and that email address and phone number are no longer valid because of the amount of phone calls and emails this person started getting.  I'm still in touch with this person as we've become "phone friends" and she still helps me, but this info should not be posted on websites.

I would also suggest removing the email Cindy Billman listed.

Mannie, I just deleted your post with Abel Fregoso's phone number and email address.   I know him as well and I'm sure he wouldn't want his info posted in a public forum.  Plus, if too many people contact people, they are likely to change their info!  If anyone needs a contact at Wells Fargo or anywhere, just ask!  This forum gets very high traffic, and the public doesn't need to be contacting VP's at random!
