Realtor Short Sales Training and Resources
l have a question?
l had an approval for one of the listing that l had the loan was from wachovia. they approved to close as a short sale but the house was contaminate by oil and the job to remediate will cost to the buyer at least $10000 and we needed an extension becuase it was close to expire the time to close and the negotiator didn't give me the extension because she will close the file and send it to the foreclosure department.
Why if we were negotitaing for a long time in order to get the approval, then they couldn't give us enough time to close?
Can somebody tell me what is their policy?
