I worked with Titanium for a couple of years, I hung in there as fees went down, gas prices went up, assignment requirements got worse (dob etc) and the only short sale leads were for abandoned properties.  Finally after the last round of fee cuts I called it quits.

Have been with Titanium for some time--Have knocked on many doors with little results.  And their inspections for so little money are not worth it, specially with rising gas prices.

I see no future in hanging with Titanium. I have not seen any benefit just hype.Bye

I still go and do an assignment when it is right on my way to something else.  I have been with them for a couple of years now and have seen many changes.  I know they are not as busy now in the Inland Empire region.

I removed myself also Karen. It was taking time away from my work with buyers and sellers, especially my distressed sellers. And, I was never interested in having them handle the short sale itself anyway.

I removed myself from the Titanium HRC list. The amount of time for the compensation did not pencil for me. Plus the restrictions on when you can make contact...not worth it.

Hey all... I know I have been a big company fan of Titanium in the past, but things there have obviously changed for the worse... 1st, my area manager has been replaced, and now, while in the midst of a complicated short sale and was depending on them for negotiating assistance... became the "pass-around patty" of the short sale department... I had no fewer than 5 Titanium folks ( the last 3 iof which were names I had never heard of before, and judging from their emails to me had never handled a real estate transaction before of ANY kind)... this process had taken us from listing to offer, to negotiation to FILE CLOSURE at Wells Fargo.... now, after 8 long months, the buyer has walked away...

*******************CORRECTION TO PRIOR POST****************

I found out something today that I am quite upset to say the least about!  My most favorite person ever, problem solver, solution gatherer, always available 24/7 and worked tirelessly is no longer with Titanium after 8 years.  Sharon Wylie. Why was there not a formal letter or something stating that 8 or so were laid off, catapulted out...the old heave-ho etc.? I called last evening to ask a question and the kind person Sharon is stated after answering my questions that "you know I am not with Titanium" any longer. Well it blew me away and then I was not happy!  I have and I am sure many of us have been with this company for longer than 5 years and I think we should have known another way than this! I don't get it, the last post looking for agents I was doing to even help her out. What the hay? Well, I for one am saddened by her not being with Titanium. Perhaps we can let them know and she can be reinstated somehow in some capacity!  Thank you!!!! And Sharon who can't read thismot able to no longer sign on,,,thanks for being such a company cheerleader and your patience throughout the years and for ALL the agents I referred who feel the same about you, and the helluva agent who referred me to you originally! THANK YOU! And TItanium what the hay?>? What a substantial loss!! If anyone would like to personally contact her,,old email does not work email her and she still has the same number, trust me I was calling her for information yesterday. wylie.sharonj@gmail.com
