To control or stop emails from this site, here are the steps you can take:

 
1. Go to your "My Page". 
2. In the right hand column, you should see your name, and under that links to your inbox, alerts and "settings". 
3.  Click on "settings".
4.  In the left hand column you should now see a link called "email".
5.  Click on the "email" link.  This will take you to a page that gives you options to change these settings.
