Ethan, What makes them so difficult? I am about to start an FHA short sale with them.

Hi Brenda,

I currently have a suntrust short sale I have been working on since March. You are looking any where from 6-12 months for a approval. They are understaffed, overwhelemed and honestly there customer service is only there to get you off there back. They rarely ever let you talk to a supervisor or manager, they will not request a extension on a NOD until 10 days prior to a sale date..they have all these guidlines and procedures that are ridiculous and all I can say if your just starting is expect the worst with them..dont ecpect fast results because they wont deliver.
