Closed a WAMU short-sale where there was a 1st & 2nd within 64 days from date of buyer's offer. This property had been pulled from trustee sale twice before my buyer entered the picture. The previous buyer had walked - the property had been lightly vandalized - and WAMU had to order another BPO for current property condition. WAMU showed good faith in getting a short-sale closed rather than letting the house go to trustee sale. I have to give a thumbs-up to WAMU.
