Anyone with ACTUAL referrals is free to post them here -  We at the SSSN also post areas where we have waiting assignments and no agent in that area.  Anyone interested in actually receiving screened listing assignments from the SSSN, go here -

I have a client looking for a condo or small home in San Diego ( vacation place ) in Coronado Island. Are there any places for around $150,000?

If so we can work out a referral. Let me know.

I want to add that I am a short sale specialist in Stark and Tuscarawas Counties, Ohio. I definitely would appreciate any referrals. Referral fees range from 20% to 30% for sale prices over $201K. I have been doing short sales for the past year and am rated #1 in Stark County for listing and closing short sales.

I have a graduated referral fee now. For a sale price between $80K and $100, I give a 20% referral. for $101K to 200K, 25% and then 30% for anything over $201K.

ouch!  30% is definitely high for the Tampa Bay area.  25% is about max, with 20% quite common too.  of course, as we all know, referral fees are negotiable - if you feel the fee is too high, just don't accept the referral.  I remember seeing one of those on-line lead referral companies that wanted 30% - too high for me.  that's my 2 cents.  :0
