Yes Hazel, I tried to organize my thoughts and put together an outline of the processes that I could identify as critical in succesfully selling the short sale. You might not have sold short sales very long but the concept is basically the same as selling any service. I think that the challenge is to tailor our approach to this particular service, as well as the personality of our potential client or audience. Then we optimize it for own personality or selling style. I have learnt that style and cadence are crucial in conveying an image of yourself that a prospective client can put their trust in. Ultimately what you are selling is, in fact, "you".

Hi Joe, Yes we need all the help we can get. I haven't been doing short sales very long but you learn something new with each new listing and closing.
