Realtor Short Sales Training and Resources

Titanium Solutions, do they assign Short Sale listings or is that the HRC's creative responsibility?

I am an HRC with Titanium Solutions, and have been getting many assignments attempting to either get warm transfers or complete a loan modification for borrowers.

of course, Short Sale listings are the bread and butter for HRC's, its why we signed up, but I'm not sure if they specifically assign a Short Sale or its something that "comes up" after a mod has been turned down?

Any ideas?

I don't believe they actually assign the listings. What you have to do is attempt first to help the homeowner contact their servicer and in doing so, if you find that there is no way for them to retain the home, you can list it. It's helpful that you have the opportunity to build rapport with them and consult with them about their situation first and then list if need be.
