Indiana also.  I received one lead real soon after joining and that person was NOT ready to do anything.  Have not received anything since...almost a year I think now.  I don't understand as there are a ton of short sales in Indianapolis and surrounding areas.  I agree with Karin below.  Will not renew membership...

I am truly happy for all of you getting all those referrals. I guess California has been locked up and out for referrals for 18 months, that's how long I have been a Preferred Partner, never received one referrals. And I know some of our agents locally get them weekly. Mike you keep telling me that something is wrong, you don't understand, but I follow your directions and the end result is that I am being asked to pay yet another year of membership, I haven't received anything for the first year of paying a full membership. I have referred other agents from Vegas to Montana. I must be doing something wrong?

Just closed another SSSN referral yesterday, BofA FHA short sale program. My seller got back $1000.00 FHA incentive becuase the SS closed so quickly after the agreement notice to participate in the FHA Short sale program was issued. Not only did I get the seller completely waived of any deficiency I got him $1000.00 back at closing. He was a happy camper. Thank you SSSN for another great referral!

I received my first listing lead within 2 weeks. Wow! Qualified, accurate and ready to list. Have received 2 other listing leads since and they are just as good. Both listed, under contract and should be closing soon. Thank you SSSN, keep them coming.

Just closed a referral SSSN lead, expecting another closing next month...If you have thought about joining and have been hesitant, there is no need to hesitate, the leads are fully qualifed and the homeowners are ready to list and move on, so hurry up and join. Thank you SSSN for sending me quality homeowners to work with and saving another home from foreclosure!!!!

I am a newbie to this company and signed up as a preferred as soon as  a  vacancy became available. Wow first referral within a week or so had them signed up almost immediately and is now under offer! Now trying to earn the trust of my second referral. Thanks SSSN
