Just got another great referral from SSN. Have meeting to sign listing ageement next week. When we get lead from SSN, they are ready to go. Keep up the good work!!!

Got a referral last week and signed the listing on Sat. They were not shopping around for a realtor, just signed my listing agreement. Great pre-listing info from SSSN!

Just closed another one for SSSN! Have another one scheduled to close for SSSN the end of this month as long as the seller provides certain items for a lien. At this point it is looking good to go!

I am noticing many more preferred partners in my area (los angeles & surrounding). I closed a couple of short sale referrals given to me by SSSN however, I have not received anymore listing referrals in a LONG while. I wonder if they are going to the other (newer) preferred partners?

I too am so happy I found this group!  They absolutely deliver what they promise, unlike so many others that don't.  The referrals I’ve received are great and I’ve listed four out of seven, and I’m still following up with those that haven’t listed yet. I challenge anyone to find a better group that can produce these great results.  The team at SSSN are very friendly, courteous, and helpful.  It's very clear they want us all to be successful.  Thanks SSSN and Preferred Partners!!!  You're the best!

I love the group, I have received referrals from them since I became a preferred partner. I just received a buyer referral today.  Las Vegas has been also slow within the past few months. Beside the referrals its a great way to get your questions answered if you run into a wall with your short sale.

I also love this group, I have got many referrals from them in the past year, I have closed 4  so far and have 5 in escrow. This is a great company.

I have been a Preferred Partner for a year now and I just renewed my membership. 

In the past year I have received 4 Listing referrals, 3 of which I signed up and 1 has closed.  2 of those referrals were ready to go and just wanted to know where to sign to get started.  One had a lot of questions and needed time to think about it before finallly deciding to go ahead with it.  The one that I didn't sign up had questions about a rental property that he owned but thought he would just try to keep renting it.

 

I am so happy to have found this group.  Not only do I get listing referrals but I have also gotten buyer referrals, seperate from the Buyer Link referrals I was signed up for.  As well as answers to questions in the many groups on the website.  The yearly membership is a small price to pay for the quality referrals I've received. 

 

I like that this group is not a big company with customer service reps that don't really care if you get a good lead or not because they're getting their money regardless.  I like that you can contact Mike, April, JP and any other person in the main office at any time and they are always willing to help.  They have a good system and don't get paid until you get paid so it benefits them for you to do well.

 

Being a Preferred Partner has worked out for me, just my two cents...
