I have a PNC 2nd. Does anyone have a contact for escalation?.. or a direct # or email to someone at PNC that is reasonable to deal with?

I have a PNC 2nd I'm working on now.  We have their approval and are working through our escrow.  Our negotiator was John Pachuta (his info is below) and he was pleasant enough to work with and responsive.  We got our approval and they are getting about 10% of their loan amount at close, but they are holding the seller responsible for the deficiency balance.   They would have given a full release for a 30% payoff.  With that, I'm not sure he can help since you mention you are looking for someone in escalation...but perhaps he can.

Thanks Colleen. I really appreciate the info. They are telling me that this file is not eligible for HAFA even though the first position lender has approved it for HAFA, because it is in the recovery department. Is yours in recovery or loss mit?

Mine is still in Loss Mit., but they would not approve it for HAFA either even though our first position lender did approve for HAFA.  They said the investor on the account was not a HAFA participant.

 

Hi Bryan ...better late then never..did you ever get anyone at PNC?? if not let me know we are working two files with PNC and have several contacts...let me know..FYI I have BOTH ends on this PNC deal and they cut commission to 4% and WILL NOT pay the 6% it's not worth fighting.....but they have been hard to work with...I have one deal that is the 2nd and one where they are the first...they are MUST easier to work as the first.. BUT on the second..they gave us two options and BOTH were pretty crappy...First one was 7K at close by the seller is what PNC wanted and he remained responsible for the rest he gets a 1099A and they will persue the remainder which is 150K... ON the second option they want 55k at close he will get a 1099c and they will not persue the rest...so he's off the hook..Problem is getting Litton the first to agree to let the second get the 55K. That won't happen.

I could use a good PNC contact if you have one please.  It is a PNC second and unfortunately a short time frame.  Thanks
