I am up against Radian, which appears to want to kill the deal. The buyer has shown that they can not afford to take on any debt, yet they still are demanding 30,000, having started at 40,000! How did you get them to come down to 7,000? I wrote an email to the CEO with no response and am not sure where to turn now.
