We had a buyer and Litton wouldn't review the offer until the promissory note was signed. There were so many positive comments about Litton I am disappointed in our progress.

Comment by Mike Linkenauger on June 19, 2010 at 10:27am: I definitely LOVE Short Sales with Litton Loan Servicing as well! We had one a couple months ago that we referred to Hazel Graham in the network that was a $315,000 property on March 5th. There was already a buyer around, it was approved right away and closed March 30th. To list and CLOSE a short sale in the same month is unbelievable. The cool thing is that Hazel had just joined our network the month before, and got both sides of the transaction. 6% commission was like $18K for her.
