Hello everyone!  I live in the Dallas/Fort Worth area and associated with the Keller Williams office in Arlington, TX.  I decided to use this site as my guide to move deeper into the short sales arena. I look forward to learning and hopefully sharing information with you all.

Hello from the Texas Hill Country.  I'm with Keller Williams in the Highland Lakes area (Lake Travis Mkt Cen).  I've experieced a few short sale transactions.  Each time, I tell myself I will never do another one.  I've taken some courses and continue to gain knowledge on short sales for both buyer & seller respresentation.  I did my first seller short sale which I found to be much different than the buyer side.  Any comments?

Southern Nevada Short Sale Help Now

Real Estate Help - Performance Not Just Promises

 

I have negotiated money back to the sellers for moving costs at the close of escrow with a Wachovia loan.  It was $5,000!  Has anyone had luck with other banks doing this also?  If so, which bank and how much did they give back to the seller?
