I have a short sale that has been approved by the first and the second. My seller has a tax lien on his property. The IRS removed it once and now half of the lien is showing up on title again. He has sent in supporting documents that they have requested but, the clock is ticking and they have not gotten back to him. Any suggestions?

I don't have contact information, but I was helping a prospective client who has a very large tax lien against his property. There are local IRS offices that you can call/visit. I found the one in my area on the IRS website.
