My client signed a unsecured note with B 0f A in Sept. 2009. He was suppose to start making payments of $100.00 a month for 20 years. He has not received any correspondence from them. I don't want to ask him to call them to ask what is up. Are these notes being colllected upon as a rule? Can these notes be foregiven?
