This group will be for us to post closing congratulations to members of the Short Sale Specialist Network as they close on some of the referrals we send them! We want people who are considering joining to know that WE REFER OUT LISTINGS ALL DAY!

For those that are new on here, or just looking around, I figure this group might get your attention! On here I'm going to post SOME of the closings that we are having for some of the referrals that we send out to our preferred partner members in our network. We're growing fast, if you havn't joined our preferred partner program yet, get yourself in the middle now! We have cut off membership in some areas already.
Short sales will overtake foreclosures THIS YEAR!! Are you one of the agents we refer homeowners to when they call us looking for a good agent in their area??

Man it has been a long time since we "pushed" this group! I remember the days of posting our closings on here. With the volume we do since this group started I don't think it would be possible to keep up anymore!

So, I've let this board totally die over the last couple months. Just don't have the time to go around posting this stuff. Our agents are closing our referrals every day around the country. You guys know who we are and what we do! I do like congratulating all of you, sooo

I just closed my first SSSN referred deal last week. What an initiation! Two loans, both with Chase. A week before we were supposed to close (Tax Credit Buyer) in June, the negotiator emails me to let me know the 2nd has a coding that he has never seen before, and doesn't know what to do with it. Said we may not be able to close, and instead of doing his job he dumped it back in my lap to figure it out. By the time we got the approval, 3 weeks later, I had 5 different departments within Chase working on it. The 2nd had been charged off a year prior and showed a $360 credit, but no one could figure out who was handling the file or if it had been sold, etc. We had this lame negotiator's supervisor in S. Carolina (who wasn't much brighter than his subordinate), an Executive Resolution person in the CEO's office, a lien release specialist (which I didn't even know they had until this transaction, and I've been specializing in Short Sales for 5 1/2 years), someone in the Recovery dep't, and the Department head for the Short sale dep't in Florida (where they really now what's going on) working on this transaction. By the time we closed the deaf buyer (who required a Certified hearing impaired interpreter) had moved had moved her stuff into the garage of the subject property, and was living in a motel, because she had to be out of her apartment, and did not want to sign a new lease somewhere. Thank God they extended the June 30th deadline for the tax credit! Anyway, sorry for the lengthy posting, but as you can see, this was a heck of a first transaction to close with SSSN. I have 2 more of SSSN referrals under contract and another 2 I am keeping in touch with that are attempting a loan mod first. Ready for more of your referrals any time!
If you're an agent, and not on board yet, it's the real deal. Go for it!

Congratulations to all of you who are our there helping your clients through this difficult time. It has never been a better time to be in Real Estate, if you TRULY care about helping people. I have listed everything the SSSN has sent me, and have several under contract, and hope to join you all on this board. KEEP IT UP!

And one more for now - This one is a good one! Joseph Feldkamp with Exit Atlantic International Realty closed a buyer sale for a $685,000 property in Parkland, Florida on 4/3 from one of our referrals! Congratulations Joseph!
There are MANY other listing assignments of ours that close constantly! It is time consuming posting these, so I may not be posting them anymore! You guys know who we are and what we do! Congratulations and keep it up!

Sergio Rebollo with Exit Prime Realty closed one of our referrals in Maimi, FL for $187,000 on 4/23.

Another closing from Toby Boyce with Keller Williams Consultants. At least Two our our referrals closed from him this month! This one a $135,858 property in Pataskala, OH that closed on 4/29.
