I'm getting ready to list a short sale in which EMC has the first and GMAC has the second. Does anyone have the short sale package for EMC??? I'd like to have it ready for my seller at our meeting without having to wait for EMC to send it.

Thank you Mike. Yes, they have the seller's only loan. The deficiency in this case would be over $160K. So far, this deal is going pretty smoothly but obviously I want to make sure my client's are protected. Hopefully, we won't have to go back and forth and threaten with BK.

EMC Short Sales are usually pretty good, especially if the service the 1st. They usually put pretty clear forgiveness language in their letters in my experience.

I used to get EMC approval within 7 to 10 days before Chase took over -I still have contacts there and will try to find someone that will help escalate the process.

Hi all,
The offer I have received on a short sale listing has been countered by EMC at a price I cannot get for the property. Does anyone have a coporate (preferably CEO) contact info so I can do a corporate escalation?
