Does anyone have any contact information for management, VP, President somebody important at Citi?  After grueling months of finally getting an approval from Citi and then waiting on 2nd lender approval with Suntrust and finally getting 2nd lender approval Citi is denying the short sale.. We had an approval letter just two months ago that expired the end of June, but we had to wait on 2nd lender approval.. We now have that and I sent it to the negotiator at Citi who said he would have a revised new approval letter for me in 48 hours and now three weeks later he is saying they are denying the short sale.. We are two weeks away from closing  And he is giving no explanation.. I need to escalate, but don't know who to contact.. Please help!!!
