I had the same scenario with a Bank of America HAFA. They postponed it 2 times but I could not get them to a 3rd time. The funny thing is that when it was purchased at the courthouse it sold for the same amount I had an all cash offer for. My suggestion is to try and go up the chain to a supervisor.

That's a good suggestion. It turns out that the negotiator did put in a request for it to be postponed yesterday. My offer is also cash. Thank you for responding!

Does your state have a right of redemption law?

If your Seller files for bankruptcy that will absolutely stop the foreclosure sale.

I just wanted to let everyone know that I did manage to get this sale postponed and get a new offer which I got approved yesterday!
